d-flo Launches Comprehensive
Sustainability Initiative
d-flo, the innovative customer communications specialist, to offset the carbon from the communications sent via their solutions by their clients and contribute a percentage of new revenue to reforestation projects.
London, 19 January 2022: d-flo, which is known for providing dynamic customer communication solutions that enable their clients to achieve operational efficiencies, improve customer experience and increase brand loyalty, is launching “Tree[3]“, a new sustainability initiative that will unite d-flo with their clients along with their respective customers in a combined three-way sustainability initiative.
Tree[3] will see substantial investment into offsetting the carbon emitted from every digital communication sent by each of their clients and donating a percentage of all new contract revenue to reforestation – for the lifetime of the contract. In support of this investment, the new initiative will power a strong ‘keep it digital’ message, which they plan to reduce – and hopefully eradicate – the unnecessary habit of printing and reprinting of digital communications.
d-flo launches Tree[3] with the immediate support of clients easyJet holidays, Titan Travel and the new Norwegian cruise line Havila.
At easyJet holidays we have ambitious sustainability commitments, with the aim of offering holidays that don’t cost the earth. There is a responsibility for all industries to play their part in doing good for the environment, so we’re really pleased to be one of launch customers for the brilliant Tree[3] initiative, which complements our own efforts and which will demonstrate why keeping it digital will help look after our planet.
Sustainability is at the heart of Titan’s ‘BE Better’ programme and moving to digital documentation for our customers and reducing our paper consumption is one of the initiatives. It was therefore important for us to partner with a customer communications specialist that would not only provide us with the high-quality digital communication support we’re looking for, but who also shares our ethos and commitment to sustainability. We’re thrilled to be working with d-flo and to be part of its new Tree[3] programme. This partnership will help demonstrate the importance of digital documentation and will see Titan actively contribute to various tree-planting projects across the world, allowing us to ‘BE Better’ and take the right steps to help minimise our impact on the planet.
